This name change marks an important moment in our journey, not a change in direction, but a clearer expression of who we are, what we do, and where we are heading.
When Wild Hydrogen was founded, our focus was on proving that carbon-negative hydrogen could be produced affordably and at scale. That work remains fundamental. But as our technology developed, so too did our understanding of the opportunity in front of us.
What we have built is not a single-product solution. It is a systems-led technology platform designed to help industry decarbonise in the real world. By converting complex waste streams into multiple viable, valuable outputs, including biomethane that can directly replace fossil fuel natural gas using today’s infrastructure, our work has expanded beyond what our original name could fully capture.
The name Equisera reflects that evolution.

This change is rooted in our purpose: to accelerate industrial decarbonisation in a way that is practical, scalable, and grounded in how energy systems actually operate today. It is also shaped by our future, as we continue to develop, deploy, and scale technology that enables meaningful emissions reduction now, not just in theory.
