We’re delighted to announce that the whole Equisera team is now on one site at Meadow Mill, Eastington.
We’ve officially moved into our new headquarters in Gloucestershire, bringing together everyone who is building RiPR. Our laboratories, workshop, production facility, and offices now all sit side by side on one combined campus, with plenty of room to grow as we scale towards our first commercial deployments.
The new site gives us two laboratories, dedicated office space, a workshop, production facility a visitor area, and an auditorium and refectory large enough to bring the whole team together – everything we need in one place as we move from pilot to production.
Celebrating the move: Baker Day
We marked the move with an Equisera Baker Day, a day of workshops and team activities to celebrate the new chapter together. It rounded off with something a little less conventional: a game of boules out in the meadow, watched over by a few curious rabbit spectators from the sidelines.
James Milner, our CEO, spoke about what this new chapter means for Equisera: that we’re all pioneers here, that we should be reaching for the moon, and that we need to work like a Formula 1 pit crew – at pace, with precision, and completely in sync with one another.
We toasted the new space together, and if you visit the campus you’ll now find portraits of engineers and scientists lining the walls – a permanent reminder of the work and commitment that got us here.
Looking ahead
Meadow Mill isn’t just a new address. It’s the platform for our next phase of growth, with our Macro Pilot Plant currently being built on site and commissioning targeted for later this year. Having engineering, chemistry, and production working side by side puts us in a stronger position than ever to move quickly from proof point to proof point as we head towards our first commercial RiPR deployment.
Here’s to our new home, and to everything we’ll build here together.
