Last week the Equisera team celebrated an important milestone, our first birthday under our new name, with a Baker Day spent together at our Eastington site.
The afternoon began with a shared lunch before moving into a mix of workshops, discussions and, importantly, cake. The team also toured our soon-to-be headquarters space, giving everyone a chance to see where the next phase of the company’s growth will take place. It was a valuable moment to pause, reflect on how far the business has come, and align around the direction ahead. Even those unable to attend in person were included in spirit, with a little help from cupcake decorations.
A particular highlight of the day was being welcomed by local resident Tom from the Eastington Community Orchard. Tom shared an overview of the orchard’s work and its role within the local community. We look forward to supporting pruning and harvesting activities during the year ahead as part of our commitment to being a positive neighbour.
Community is an important part of Equisera’s future and Eastington is already beginning to feel like home. As the company continues to grow, we are excited about the prospect of bringing more of our operations to the site.
